01

Create a Flutter Project

Choose Flutter Project from New Project. Enter a Project Name and a valid Package Name such as com.example.myapp.

02

Flutter Android requirements

The project screen checks Ubuntu Linux ARM64, Flutter, Dart, JDK 21, Android SDK and Android Build Tools. Use Install Missing Tools when the device is supported and one or more components are not ready.

03

ARM64 host requirement

The current Flutter local runtime is designed for ARM64. If the device ABI is unsupported, VauCode surfaces that limitation before project creation.

04

Standard Flutter workflow

After the toolchain is ready, use standard Flutter commands in the selected Flutter project.

Commands
flutter pub get

Resolve project packages.

flutter analyze

Run Dart/Flutter static analysis.

flutter build apk --debug

Build a debug Android APK.

flutter build apk --release

Build a release APK.

flutter build appbundle --release

Build a release Android App Bundle.

flutter run

Run on a connected Android device using VauCode's managed device workflow.

05

Faster repeated Android builds

VauCode reuses its shared Gradle cache across supported Flutter build/run workflows to reduce unnecessary repeated downloads.
