Open Stock Status
Use the stock/inventory view when you need to know what items are available rather than opening individual sales or purchase documents.

Purchases and other inward activity increase stock while sales and outward activity reduce it. Use Stock Status to review the resulting position.

When Inventory is enabled, the Dashboard also provides higher-level inventory figures. Use Stock Status for item-level review.
