User-focused documentation: this guide explains VauForms from the perspective of the person creating, sharing or responding to a form.
01

Open Trash

Use the Trash button from the VauForms Dashboard. The workspace lists deleted forms separately from Your Forms.

02

Identify the correct form

Each Trash item shows its title, deletion time and response count, helping you confirm which form you are restoring or removing.

03

Restore

Choose Restore to return a trashed form to the normal workspace. This is the safer option when a form was deleted by mistake or may be needed again.

04

Public access while trashed

Moving a form to Trash makes it unavailable as a normal live published form, so an old public link no longer continues collecting responses.

05

Delete permanently

Choose Delete permanently only when you are certain the form is no longer needed. VauForms shows a confirmation because this action cannot be undone.
