Delete now moves to Trash
Choosing Delete from the Dashboard opens a confirmation and moves the form to Trash. It disappears from Your Forms instead of being permanently removed immediately.

Public access stops while in Trash
A trashed form is not treated as an active published form. Its old public link stops accepting normal responses while the form remains in Trash.

Restore
Open Trash and choose Restore to return the form to your workspace. The Trash list shows the form title, deletion time and response count to help you identify the correct item.

Delete permanently
Trash also provides Delete permanently. VauForms asks for confirmation because permanent deletion cannot be undone. Use it only when you are certain the form and its stored information are no longer needed.
