Delete from the dashboard
Use the Delete action on the form you want to remove.

Check before deleting
Make sure you are selecting the correct form and that you no longer need its form content or related information.

Avoid using delete as a temporary stop
If you only want to stop sharing a form, changing its availability is safer than deleting it completely.
