Check that the form is published
A form that is still a draft is not ready for normal public access.

Check the link
Open the link directly from the Share action again to avoid missing or changed characters in a manually copied address.

Check that the form still exists
A deleted form cannot be opened from an old shared link.

Check account-required access
If the owner requires a Vau Account, the respondent may need to sign in before the form becomes available.
