Your forms list

The dashboard lists your forms with the latest updated forms shown first. Each form shows its title, last update time and response count.

From a form row you can open the builder, view responses, share a published form or delete the form.

Use Create Form when you want to start a new form. VauForms asks for a form name before opening the builder.
