Choose the right VauWrite output: printable PDF, Microsoft Word .docx, portable native .vwd, or a reusable custom template.
What this guide covers
Quick facts
PDF/Print opens a print-oriented view using the current page size, orientation, margins, page content, enabled header/footer and page numbers. Use your browser/system print dialog to save or print.
Download Word creates a .docx copy for use in compatible word processors. Text, basic formatting, tables and page-break-oriented structure are intended to carry over.
If the VauWrite document uses advanced image positioning or app-specific visual behavior, open the exported Word file and check the layout before sending it as a final document.
The native .vwd format is designed to preserve a VauWrite document together with its supported image assets so it can be imported back into VauWrite later.
For imported .vwd files, the current limit is 120 MB for the package. Each included image can be up to 10 MB and total included image assets can be up to 100 MB.
Choose Save as template when you want the current layout/content to become a reusable starting point inside your VauWrite Templates view.
