Add Party
Use Add Party from Quick Actions to create an account for a customer, supplier or another party you transact with.

Use a clear account name
Choose a recognizable party name so it is easy to select in Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt and ledger views.

Choose the right account context
Sales and Purchase selection focuses on business party accounts such as debtor/creditor relationships. Choose the appropriate account classification during setup.

Review the relationship later
Open Party Ledger to see the party’s transaction history and balance rather than relying only on individual vouchers.
