Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

This page explains VauPrime trial access, paid-plan pricing, validity, upgrade paths, usage limits, checkout, payment verification, subscription history and the access rules that apply when a trial or paid subscription expires. Dates are written explicitly because the new subscription structure becomes effective on 1 September 2026.

Subscription policy overview

The most important rules before choosing or upgrading a VauPrime plan.

Trial

Explore first

New users start with trial access before a paid plan is required for continued access.

Five plans

Lite to VauOne

Lite, Elite, Prime, Enterprise and VauOne form the VauPrime subscription structure.

Fixed period

1, 3, 6 or 12 months

Paid plans can be purchased for one of the supported fixed validity periods.

Expiry enforcement

Dashboard is protected

An expired organization cannot continue into the dashboard until subscription access is restored.

Free-trial policy: 30 days → 7 days

The trial duration changes for new registrations on 1 September 2026.

Through 31 Aug 2026

30-day free trial

New users registered under the current trial policy receive 30 days of trial access.

From 1 Sep 2026

7-day free trial

Every newly registered user receives 7 days to explore VauPrime. The trial is intended to let the user experience the complete VauPrime product before selecting a paid plan.

Important date rule

The 7-day rule applies to new registrations from 1 September 2026 onward. A user already registered under the earlier trial policy follows the trial period already assigned to that account.

Use the VauPrime main sidebar and go to the lower Settings section.

03

04

Subscription Usage screen

This screen combines current subscription information with real usage counters so the user can see how much of the plan capacity is being used.

Current subscription

Plan name, price, validity, start date, expiration date, status, amount paid and payment method can be shown for the selected organization.

Usage counters

Vouchers, accounts, products, employees, users, manufacturing and other tracked areas are counted against the limits that apply to the current plan.

Upgrade action

Upgrade opens plan options when the user needs higher limits or access to additional capabilities such as supported imports.

Plan selection and Razorpay checkout

Android and Windows use the VauPrime checkout flow that opens Razorpay after the user reviews the selected plan and validity.

01

Choose a paid plan

Select Elite, Prime, Enterprise or VauOne from the available plan list.

02

Choose validity

Select 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months or 1 Year.

03

Review the amount

The app calculates the purchase amount from the selected monthly plan rate and validity multiplier.

04

Continue to payment

Review the organization, plan and validity, then continue to the payment step.

05

Razorpay opens

VauPrime opens Razorpay checkout. Complete payment using the payment methods offered in the checkout experience.

06

Payment is verified

A checkout success response is verified before VauPrime activates the subscription.

07

Subscription becomes active

After successful verification, the plan receives an active status with its start date, expiration date, amount and payment information.

08

Keep the payment reference

The subscription history can show the payment/receipt reference, date, amount, status and payment source for future support or accounting checks.

Android & Windows

The existing VauPrime flow routes paid checkout through Razorpay.

iOS

On iPhone/iPad, subscription purchase can use the platform App Store purchase experience instead of the Android/Windows Razorpay route.

What happens when a subscription expires

Subscription validity is checked before an organization is allowed to continue into the VauPrime dashboard.

Android / small screen

Select Account → Organization → Expiry check

When the user selects an organization, VauPrime checks subscription access before opening the dashboard. If the subscription is expired, the subscription-expired sheet is shown and dashboard navigation is stopped.

Windows / large screen

Select Organization → Access check → Expiry check

The large-screen organization access flow also checks the subscription before entering the dashboard. An expired plan opens the subscription upgrade experience and the flow returns before dashboard navigation.

Expired means blocked, not a warning-only state

For an expired organization, the upgrade sheet is treated as a required action and cannot simply be dismissed to bypass subscription enforcement. A valid subscription must be activated before normal dashboard access continues.

Joined organizations

If you are a joined member rather than the organization owner, VauPrime can tell you that the organization subscription has expired and ask you to contact the owner/admin for renewal.

Manage and review subscriptions from account.vauprime.com

The centralized Account Center provides a second place to review plan and payment information outside the desktop/mobile accounting workspace.

01

Open Account Center

Go to account.vauprime.com and sign in with your registered VauPrime user.

02

Use the left sidebar

Choose Subscriptions & billing from the Account Center navigation.

03

Review the active plan

See current plan status, expiration, validity, payment status, payment method and plan price for the active subscription.

04

Review history

The page lists subscription/payment history including receipt or payment reference, date, amount, status and payment source.

Active planCurrent plan name, status and expiration date
OrganizationOrganization/FVS reference connected with the subscription
ValidityThe validity stored for the current plan
PaymentPayment status and payment method
HistoryPrevious subscription/payment entries with receipt/reference, date, amount, status and gateway/source
Payment methodCurrent payment-method information when available
Renewal displayThe Account Center can show the current automatic-renewal value; changing/saving that setting may not be available from this screen yet

Payment, verification and access issues

Subscription activation depends on successful payment and successful verification of that payment.

SituationWhat it meansWhat to do
Checkout could not completePayment failedRetry the payment only after confirming the checkout was not successfully completed.
Payment completed but verification is incompleteYour plan is not activated yetDo not assume access is active. Retry verification or contact VauPrime Support with the payment reference.
Subscription Usage cannot loadSign in or select an organization firstOpen the correct organization and reload Subscription Usage.
Subscription has expiredDashboard access is stoppedChoose a valid plan and complete activation before trying to enter the organization again.
Joined organization is expiredOwner/admin renewal requiredA joined user should contact the organization owner or administrator instead of purchasing for that organization.

Do not treat payment screen success alone as activation

VauPrime verifies the payment before activating the plan. If verification fails, the UI can explicitly report that the plan was not activated.

After verified success

The activated subscription stores its plan, validity, start date, expiration date, active status, amount and payment reference so the organization can pass the next access check.

Important billing notes

These rules are especially important because subscription status directly controls organization access.
