Stock Status in VauPrime
Stock Status is the VauPrime inventory report used to check current product stock, average price, inventory value and stock condition. You can search products, apply stock filters, switch unit reporting and open product stock history from the same workflow.
How to open Stock Status
Android / iOS
Dashboard → More → Global Sidebar → Stock Management → Stock Status
Windows
Dashboard → Sidebar → Stock Management → Stock Status
On desktop, Ctrl + S opens Stock Status when an organization is selected. Global Search can also find Stock Status from Ctrl + F.
Stock Status columns
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Product Name | The product master name. |
| Unit | Main or selected alternate unit. |
| Current Stock | Current calculated quantity. |
| Status | Out of Stock at zero or below, Low Stock below 10, otherwise In Stock. |
| Avg Price | Calculated average stock price. |
| Product Value | Calculated inventory value. |
Search and filters
Search
Find products by product name.
Unit Report
Switch between Main Unit and Alternate Unit when configured.
Material Center
Restrict the report to a selected material center.
Category
Restrict the report to a selected product category.
Hide 0 Stock Products
Hide products whose displayed stock is zero.
Stock Range
Filter by minimum and maximum stock, including negative stock.
Value Range
Filter by minimum and maximum inventory value.
Main Unit and Alternate Unit
Main Unit is the default report unit. When a product has a valid alternate-unit conversion, Alternate Unit can change the displayed quantity and average price using that configured conversion. Product Value remains based on the underlying stock data.
Product stock history
Opening a product from Stock Status shows its stock movements. The history can include inward and outward quantity changes and related Sales or Purchase records when those references are available.
