Batch Wise Stock in VauPrime
Batch Wise Stock is the VauPrime report for reviewing inventory at batch or lot level. It combines batch setup with batch-linked purchases, sales and returns to calculate quantity in, quantity out and the remaining balance for each batch.
How to open Batch Wise Stock

Dashboard → More → Global Sidebar → Stock Management → Batch Wise Stock

Dashboard → Sidebar → Stock Management → Batch Wise Stock
Batch Wise Stock can also be found through Global Search. The current shortcut service does not define a dedicated direct keyboard shortcut for this report.
How batch balance is calculated
| Movement | Effect | Rule |
|---|---|---|
| Purchase | Qty In | Purchase quantity increases incoming batch stock. |
| Sales Return | Qty In | Sales-return quantity increases incoming batch stock. |
| Sale | Qty Out | Sale quantity increases outgoing batch stock. |
| Purchase Return | Qty Out | Purchase-return quantity increases outgoing batch stock. |
| Balance | Qty In - Qty Out | Remaining batch stock is incoming quantity minus outgoing quantity. |
Search, status and FIFO/LIFO filters
Search
Search by product name or batch number.
Active
Show active batch records.
Inactive
Show inactive batch records.
Expiring
Show batches whose expiry date falls inside the upcoming expiry window.
FIFO
Sort older manufacture dates first.
LIFO
Sort newer manufacture dates first.
What the report shows
The report can show Batch No, Product, Expiry Date, Qty In, Qty Out, Balance, Unit, Sale Price and Status. Batch master creation and editing remain in Product Batches Management; Batch Wise Stock is for reviewing calculated batch inventory.
