Add a comment
Open Comments, write the comment and submit it. New comments appear in the comments list.

Comment with selected-text context
Select document text and use the floating Comment action to begin a comment that references the selected words.

Resolve a comment
Use Resolve when the discussion or requested change has been handled. Resolved comments remain recognizable as completed rather than simply disappearing.

Reopen a comment
If a resolved point needs more work, use Reopen to return it to the active state.
