Workbook does not load
Confirm you are signed in with the correct VauPrime account and online. Storage-related internal details are intentionally converted to a user-safe “Workbook storage is temporarily unavailable” style message.

Save shows an error
Keep the tab open, confirm connectivity and retry Save. Retryable errors use automatic backoff; reconnecting the browser also requests another save.

Formula result is wrong
Check the exact supported function list, range references and operator syntax. Do not assume an Excel-only function is available in VauSheet.

Excel import fails
Verify the file extension/content and retry. The current UI reports an import alert when the Excel parser cannot convert the file.

Conflict dialog appears
Choose Keep Mine only if local overlapping edits should win. Choose Use Latest when the newest cloud workbook should replace the conflicting local state.
