Open SQL
Use the SQL action in the Data group to toggle the SQL panel alongside the spreadsheet editor.

Prepare data
SQL is most useful when the target sheet has consistent headers and records. Clean column names and types make queries easier to reason about.

Query workflow
Write or load a query in the SQL workspace, execute it against the sheet-backed SQL environment, inspect the result, then return to the sheet for normal editing.

Scope and persistence
SQL is a VauSheet data-analysis tool. Do not assume a query has changed workbook cells unless the specific action explicitly writes results back into workbook state.
