Open Row Options
Rows are intentionally collapsed into one Row Options button to keep the main tool strip compact. The dialog shows the selected row context.

Add or delete
Choose Add Row to extend the sheet or Delete Selected Row to remove the row at the current selection.

Impact on workbook
Row structure is part of the workbook sheet model, so structural changes are included in local history and normal cloud synchronization.
