When enabled
Show Account Selection on Startup makes the startup flow open the account selection screen so you deliberately choose where to work.

The app can continue directly to the last selected company, which is faster for users who normally work in one organization.

Enable selection if you regularly manage multiple organizations. Disable it if you usually work in one company and prefer fewer startup steps.
