Account access

Sign in or create your VauManager account before opening protected operational workspaces.

Select organization

Choose the business workspace you want to operate. Protected pages require an active organization selection.

Create company

Create a business workspace when you do not yet have an organization to select.

Industry-aware UI

VauManager changes its main navigation according to the selected business industry.

Desktop and mobile

Desktop uses a collapsible sidebar; smaller screens use the same industry navigation in a mobile sheet.

Keyboard navigation

Escape goes back through the current workflow. Ctrl + L opens Account Ledger List from the app.

RMS Dashboard

See restaurant and hotel operations together: dining floor, kitchen activity, orders, rooms, bookings and operational value.

Quick actions

Start a new order, open Tables, open Room Booking and refresh the current RMS view.

Dining floor

Review table readiness, seating and current restaurant-floor usage.

Kitchen load

Kitchen Stations organize preparation work and are surfaced alongside active restaurant operations.

Hotel workspace

Use Floor Management, Room Management and Room Bookings for hotel operations.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping is currently marked Soon in the RMS navigation and is not documented as a completed workflow.

Create order

Orders can include order number/date, table, guest details, counts, order taker, kitchen station and notes.

Order items

Add products with quantity, unit and price to build the operational order subtotal.

Order sources

Current sources include Self Order, Counter, Waiter, Room Service and Online.

Order statuses

Current lifecycle options are Open, Preparing, Ready, Served, Paid and Cancelled.

Table protection

Occupied or Out of Service tables are blocked when assigning a new order.

Search & filters

Search existing orders and filter them by order status or payment status.

Paid-order lock

Once an order is Paid, normal editing is blocked because the order is finalized.

Paid happens in POS

Selecting Paid in the order-status workflow sends staff to POS Billing instead of finalizing payment inside Order Management.

Open-order desk

POS Billing lists orders that still need settlement and lets you choose the order to bill.

Service charge

Add service charge at billing time without changing the operational item subtotal.

Discount

Apply the billing discount before final tax and payment settlement.

GST presets

Current tax choices are Exempt, GST 0%, 5%, 12%, 18% and 28%.

Cash / UPI / Online

Current POS payment modes are Cash, UPI and Online. Digital settlement requires an available bank account.

UPI QR

When UPI details are configured, POS can show a payment QR using the current bill amount.

Billing slip

Preview, print or share the billing slip before or after completing the payment workflow.

Finalize

Finalizing records the payment choice, billing adjustments and tax, then closes the order as Paid.

Table setup

Store table name, section, seats, shape, status, type, minimum spend, table fee and notes.

Service flags

Tables can be marked Outdoor, Smoking and Accessible when those details apply.

Statuses

Use Available, Reserved, Occupied or Out of Service for the current table state.

Search & filters

Search tables and filter the list by status or restaurant section.

Table self-order QR

Each table can have its own restaurant self-order QR so customers scan from that specific table.

QR actions

Preview the QR, download it as an image, share it from the device, or print a Scan to Order table card.

Automatic QR readiness

A newly created table gets its self-order link prepared when no QR already exists.

Out of Service safety

A table with an active order cannot be moved to Out of Service until that order is completed or cancelled.

MMS Dashboard

Manufacturing organizations use a dedicated dashboard and manufacturing-focused sidebar.

Manufacturing inventory

Products & Materials and Stock Inventory are exposed directly in the current manufacturing workspace.

Procurement & finance

Purchase Management, Account Ledger and Accounts Management are part of the manufacturing navigation.

TMS Dashboard

Transport organizations use a dedicated transport dashboard and operations sidebar.

Transport operations

Current navigation exposes Trip Management, Dispatch Board and Schedule.

Fleet & billing

The transport menu also exposes Vehicles, Drivers, Service Records, Invoices, Payments, Packages, Analytics and Documents.

Education

Educational Institutions use EIM Dashboard with Students and Teachers under Academic Management.

Education accounts

Account Ledgers, Organization Profile and organization selection remain available from the education workspace.

Front Desk

The current default operational workspace includes Reception Dashboard, Booking Management and Queue Management.

Medical Setup

Doctor Management and Patient Management are available from the medical setup navigation.

Clinical records

Medical Records is exposed under the current Clinical Operations section.

Pharmacy

Current pharmacy navigation includes Pharmacy Counter, Pharmacy Inventory and Products & Medicines.

Billing

Purchase Billing, Medical Billing and Account Ledger List connect operational work with business records.
