Five-point rating
The current Rating field uses a five-point scale, making it useful for satisfaction, service quality, product feedback and simple scoring.

Stars or numbers
Choose the rating display that best matches the form. Stars feel visual and familiar; numbers are useful when you want a more neutral score.

Write a useful rating question
Instead of writing only Rating, ask something specific such as How would you rate our service? or Rate your overall experience.
