User-focused documentation: this guide explains VauForms from the perspective of the person creating, sharing or responding to a form.
01

Signature

The Signature field exists in the form builder, but full handwritten signature capture may be limited in the current experience.

02

Advanced conditional behavior

Do not assume complex show/hide rules or advanced answer conditions are available unless you can see and test those controls in the current VauForms interface.

03

Response restrictions

If your workflow depends on strict one-response-only or exact maximum-response behavior, verify that the current interface provides and enforces the option you need before publishing.

04

Test important workflows

For business-critical forms, always submit a complete test response yourself before sharing the form widely.
