Use the mobile-focused editor with fit-to-screen pages, pinch zoom, bottom tool sheets, keyboard-aware scrolling and touch-friendly image tools.
What this guide covers
Quick facts
On narrow or touch-focused devices, VauWrite automatically reduces the page zoom so the paper canvas fits the available screen more naturally.
Use two fingers on the document canvas to zoom. Mobile fitting can go down to about 35%, while the current maximum zoom is 180%.
One-finger horizontal panning is available on the gray canvas area outside the page. Inside the page, touch remains available for normal text caret, selection, scrolling and image interaction.
The mobile toolbar groups tools into Format, Insert, Page, Image and Outline.
Mobile Format provides Bold, Italic, Underline, Normal, Heading 1–3, Left/Center/Right alignment, Bullets and Numbers.
Mobile Insert includes Image, Table, Link, Bullets, Numbers and Page break.
Mobile image controls include Insert image, Rotate right, Crop, Wrap left, Wrap right and Front placement.
When the phone keyboard reduces the visible area, VauWrite attempts to keep the active writing position visible rather than leaving the caret hidden behind the keyboard.
