Check file size
The current file field accepts files up to 25 MB. Choose a smaller file if the selected file is larger.

Check file type
Use a supported common image, video, audio, PDF, text, CSV, Word or Excel file.

Check internet connection
Uploads require a stable connection. If the upload stops or fails, reconnect and select the file again.

Retry cleanly
If the form asks you to reselect an attachment, choose the file again before submitting the response.
